Tips for a Faster Response

To help us resolve your issue as efficiently as possible, please include the following details in your message:

• Which calculator you were using — for example, the Room Calculator, Tile Calculator, or Map Calculator.
• What you were trying to calculate — describe the dimensions, units, or shape you were working with.
• What result you expected vs. what you received — even a rough description helps us reproduce the issue.
• Your device and browser — for example, iPhone with Safari, or Windows PC with Chrome. This helps us debug display or input issues.

The more detail you provide, the faster we can respond with a solution. For calculation questions, sharing your specific measurements is especially helpful.
